The engine bay looks nice to keep on display with the ribbed valve covers and matching air topper. Plus, it has the clean look of a powerful build. It’s a hardy Chevy 350 cubic-inch V8 that’s been enhanced with a Holley four-barrel carburetor, upgraded intake, and headers. The stainless dual exhaust has some pretty straight pipes, and so you get a nice throaty sound from the Flowmaster dual exhaust. A three-speed automatic transmission feeds a limited-slip rear end for good all-around driving. Plus, you have an upgraded independent front suspension and a trailing arm rear borrowed from a Mustang. Power steering make this one easy to drive, and the four-wheel power disc brakes gives you superior stopping power. So this chopped-top Ford is a quality all-around machine.
