When you wanted hot rod power before the Chevy small block days, Cadillac’s V8 was a true prize. This one takes a more modern version of that tradition with a Caddy 368 cubic-inch V8. You can see this motor quite well thanks to this Chevy’s cool butterfly hood. They dressed it nicely with polished components like the valve covers, air topper, compressor, and alternator. More than just look nice, they also made a ton of the right practical upgrades.
