Wow…. this is a very cool 1965 Volkswagen Beetle Hot Rod.  Built in traditional hot rod style, the fenders have been removed, top has been cut off, and windshield has been narrowed and chopped.   This is an all steel original VW body with rust free original floor pans.  It is finished in hot rod black satin paint with California Style hand-painted flames.  The front end has been extended approximately 14″.   The engine is a very fast, well built 2180cc with dual 44mm downdraft carburetors, upgraded alternator, heavy duty oil pump with external oil filter, racing cam, oversized valves, high compression pistons, and much more!! This Bug is very loud and fun to drive.  It runs and drives excellent.  It has a Freeway Flier transmission and it sits on polished American Racing wheels with oversized rear tires and disc brakes all around.  This car is 12 volt and has a very exciting sound system too.
