What wraps the stopping power is original wire wheels from a 1935 Ford. They are 16 inch and painted in a cream color to match the convertible top. Wrapped in Coker wheels.

The Motor:

The motor is a 1940 Mercury flathead which was bored 60 over with a 4 inch stroked. The heads are Offenhauser with a Fenton intake. On top of the intake sits a pair of 97 Stromberg Carbs. A walker radiator keeps this hot rod cool in the summer. What gets this truck down the road is a 1986 4 speed transmission with a 4 gear overdrive.

Functioning tailgate with a wood floor holds an old school box. Inside the box houses the fuel cell. Functioning gas gauge as well as all interior gauges and lights. The headlights are Original Dietz.

The interior:

A pair of white adjustable buckets. Doors have side pockets in the panels. The custom convertible top was made to fit with plenty of headroom.

The Paint:

The color is as it shows. Body is red with a black frame. The lettering on the door for that salt flat look is hand painted. All pinstripe work done by Visionary pinstriping.

Notes to mention:

This a turn the key go cruise in an era hot rod. The truck drives straight stops straight. No overheat issues and will do 65 mph easily. This is a proven driver which means it’s been on long trips.

With this said expect a driven hot rod that you could not build for the asking price / best offer. Expect a nick or a bug or two. This truck was built by a guy who’s built several cars and trucks along his 80 years. This is a 1 owner ride. I’m assisting in this sale, he is my neighbor. Serious buyers and or offers please.
