This is a 383 cubic-inch stroker V8 built with Brodix aluminum heads, an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, and Bassett tight-tuck headers that add power while also contributing to the rumble of the dual exhaust. It’s a powerful package, but it’s also supported by the right components, like a Powermaster high-torque starter, Accel HEI ignition, and a large 18-inch electric fan. It holds the road like a ’32 Ford hot rod should with a Pete & Jakes dropped front axle and a four-link with adjustable coilovers out back. It also grips well thanks to Wilwood front disc brakes and modern BF Goodrich tires on all four wheels. Plus, it’s running a three-speed automatic transmission that drives a Ford 9-inch rear with limited-slip differential.
