This car was with a few others I bought.  Its been sitting for years.  The frame looks to be very solid.  It needs floors, rockers, trunk pans, gas tank.  I do not have a title for it. I turned the motor a little by hand.  The rear tires pumped up.  I was told that it was a 58, but a Studebaker guy said it was a 59.
