This 1938 dodge business coupe is a street rod project that was never finished. It has a very solid and straight steel body and nice solid floors and trunk. Powered by a Chevy 350 v-8, 350 turbo transmission ,and a 10 bolt Chevy rear. It has power front disc brakes and and rack and pinion steering. The front subframe looks like gm which is welded underneath the original frame which has been modified. . The car runs , moves and stops, but not street able. There is a big aluminum gas tank in the trunk. The grill is nice. Good glass. ;paint is a metallic blue with purple notes. It needs some color sanding and touch up. The seats and door panels were redone on a blue/gray cloth. The tires are good, but maybe old. Car has a good clean title which matches the vin tag on the right door post. Shows 42,000 miles. I have the bumpers , the car runs from the gas tank, and when i first start it up, it continues to run until i turn it off. When i try to restart it, it is very hard to start. It has an hei distributor. The car needs wiring too.it may have power windows since i dont see any inside window cranks, but i am not going to tear the door panels of to find out. I am not going to fix the car or get it running better.the car goes into gear and stops but not streetable. It is sold as is.
